Dardis, Executive Director, Three Rivers Construction Alliance, shares information on the "School-To-Apprenticeship Consortium" an apprentice program for students that provides opportunity to earn union wages at union job sites during the summer of their junior year. This program is possible through the cooperation of labor unions with the Three Rivers Education for Employment System (TREES).
